A pre/postnatal safe workout that will challenge all of your muscles. Using a set of dumbbells, and a resistance band you will perform a variety of exercises to build strength and challenge your cardiovascular system. This workout includes a 15 minute warm up followed by 3 supersets. You will perform each move for 45 seconds followed by a 15 sec break, for three rounds. Pregnancy modifications are provided throughout.
