A pre/postnatal safe workout that will challenge your core, glutes and arms. Using a set of dumbbells you will perform a variety of core exercises, squats and upper body moves to build strength and endurance. This workout includes a 15 minute warm up followed by two circuits with 3 exercises each. You will perform each move for 45 seconds followed by a 15 sec break, for three rounds.
