A pre/postnatal safe workout that will challenge all of your muscles. Using a set of dumbbells, a yoga block and resistance band you will perform a variety of exercises to build strength and endurance. This workout includes a 15 minute warm up followed by one circuit with 6 exercises. You will perform each move for 90 seconds followed by a 15 sec break, for two rounds. Pregnancy modifications are provided throughout.
