A pre/postnatal safe workout that will challenge all of your muscles. Using a set of dumbbells, you will perform a variety of exercises to build strength and improve balance. This workout includes a 15 minute warm up followed by a circuit with 6 exercises. You will perform each move for 60 seconds followed by a 15 sec break, for three rounds. Pregnancy modifications are provided throughout.
